Ceremony Honoring Exemplary Standard Units 1404 (2025–2026)

The ceremony honoring the exemplary standard units of Khorasan Razavi Province in 1404 (2025–2026) was held with the presence of Dr. Farzaneh Ansari, Head of the National Standard Organization of Iran, Dr. Mohammadi, Director General of Standards in Khorasan Razavi, the Governor of Khorasan Razavi, along with a group of provincial officials, production managers, and economic activists.
During the ceremony, top-performing production and service units that excelled in adhering to national standards, improving product quality, and promoting the culture of standards were recognized.
Among the honored units, WATER WAVES LAND Mashhad was recognized for its compliance with standard requirements, application of modern technologies in service delivery, and ensuring consumer safety, earning the title of one of the exemplary units of 1404 (2025–2026) in Khorasan Razavi Province.
Developing a Special Standards System for Khorasan Razavi

At the ceremony honoring exemplary standard units of Khorasan Razavi, held on Thursday morning, 30 October 2025, Dr. Farzaneh Ansari, Head of the National Standard Organization of Iran, emphasized the necessity of developing a special standards system for Khorasan Razavi. She stated: “This plan is being implemented for the first time, and its goal is to design a comprehensive roadmap for economic transformation in the province.”
She added that maintaining public health and dignity is central to the activities of the National Standard Organization. Continuous supervision over production and the market, especially in Mashhad—as the host city of millions of pilgrims—is one of the organization’s main priorities.
Dr. Ansari also announced the plan to award the National Pilgrim Badge starting next year and stated: “Khorasan Razavi can become a pioneer in standardizing services in the fields of pilgrimage and tourism.”
In conclusion, referring to new projects for smart monitoring of production and facilitating the import of raw materials, she noted: “Standards must go beyond a technical concept and become a tool for development, justice, health, and human dignity.”

Introduction of 28 Exemplary Standard Units in Khorasan Razavi
Hamed Mohammadi, Director General of Standards in Khorasan Razavi, announced that in 1404 (2025–2026), after evaluating industrial and service units across the country, 28 units from Khorasan Razavi were recognized as exemplary standard units, including 5 at the national level and 23 at the provincial level.
He added that Khorasan Razavi ranked first in the country this year in terms of the number of exemplary standard units, reflecting the high quality of production and the constructive cooperation of the private sector with regulatory authorities.
Mohammadi further noted that currently over 1,300 production units with standard licenses are active in the province. Last year, over 5,500 inspections, 15,000 sample tests, and 25,000 market monitoring actions were carried out by standards experts.
The Director General emphasized that the approach of this office is to support producers and protect consumer rights, making standards a tool for trust, health, and economic development in the province.
